These are Darice hoops (discontinued now, I think). They are pretty badly splintered, but will be perfectly usable if you don't mind sanding them with some fine-grit sanding paper. This style of hoop takes wood stain extremely well, if you want to stain them. Priced very low because these hoops will require some work!
